Health Declaration and Disclaimer: I am confident that my health and safety, and that of the other participants, will not be put at risk by me taking part in this retreat. I understand that the techniques and suggestions presented in this retreat are not intended to treat or cure any disease, or as a substitute for proper medical advice. I understand that the administrators of this retreat do not recommend yoga exercise for pregnant or nursing women or children under 16 years of age.

I understand that the administrators to Reconnect Yoga Retreat assume no responsibilities for injuries suffered in the course of this retreat. I also understand that if I am pregnant, elderly or have any chronic or recurring health conditions such as high blood pressure, neck pain, back pain, arthritis, heart disease, and so on, I am obligated to inform the retreat administrators, and seek my physician’s advice and clearance before attending this retreat. I agree to watch my own limits and observe due diligence with my body throughout the course of the retreat. I will observe due diligence and will take proper care of the equipment and facilities used in this retreat.
