"I came home yesterday feeling better, calmer, more peaceful and joyful than I have felt in a long time. And this morning I was inspired to get on and do the things that I need to. Today, it seems like everything has just followed effortlessly. My body feels loose and good, my mind is clear and calm and my mood is joyful. In a sentence, I feel good.
I will definitely be talking to my women's networking group about this, so don't be surprised if you see me again at a retreat!
