“The first peace, which is the most important, comes from within the soul when we realise our relationship, our oneness with the universe and all its power, and when we realise that the centre of the universe is really everywhere; it is within each of us.
This is the real peace and others are but reflections of this. The second peace is that which is made between two individuals and the third is that which is made between two nations. But above all you should understand that there can never be peace between nations until there is first that true peace. There can never be peace between nations until there is first true inner peace.”

ReConnect Yoga is inspired by the transformation and deep feeling of well-being that comes after a yoga class – this feeling is available to everyone.
The primary intention of ReConnect yoga is to support individuals to re-discover that calm inner truth in themselves, and in the process allow people to feel connected not only with themselves, but with the community around them.
ReConnect yoga connects with people by coming into local suburbs and community centres, corporate offices, and schools; and by holding retreats within 1-2 hours drive from Sydney. Access to yoga is made flexible. Private (one-on-one) and Semi Private classes are also available to support specific needs and circumstances.

I believe yoga can be fun and enjoyable for everyone, and my focus is on supporting each person to find his or her own truth in each posture, and on a broader-life-perspective through their practice.”
Monica is the founder of Live Yoga Life – an online yoga resource in collaboration with leading Australian and International teachers in yoga, meditation, and self-mastery. The primary intention of Live Yoga Life is to support people to be the creative beings they [we] are.
